Halloween 2015 {astronaut}

I love arts and crafts. I love making things and when my daughter agreed to be an astronaut this year I was over the moon (hehe). I spent 1 weekend in September and every weekend in October leading up to Halloween making her costume. I patterned the pants and jacket. I Created the jet pack out of water bottles and cardboard the helmet is paper machete. I glued on patches to make the suit look as authentic as possible. I love it! I wish Halloween was longer than the 1 hour we spent walking around the neighborhood collecting candy.  But we had fun and I will always remember that!

I can not wait for next year. I wonder what she will want to be and what I can come up with.
